Sublimation tank tops are made of polyester or polyester blends because the sublimation dye bonds
chemically with the synthetic fibers. While 100% polyester yields the brightest and most permanent
results, blends with a minimum of 50% polyester can also be used, though they may have a faded,
"vintage" look. You can also find blends that include spandex for added stretch and performance,
which is common for athletic wear.
